The Men's and Women's groups meet once a month on together a Saturday evening at a member's home. Each gathering begins with separate studies on a biblical topic, followed by group discussions. Afterward, everyone comes together for a shared time of food and fellowship. Details are provided in the Friday email and other church communications.

In 2025, both groups will study The Whole Christ: Legalism, Antinomianism, and Gospel Assurance―Why the Marrow Controversy Still Matters by Sinclair Ferguson. Each session includes watching a video lecture and discussing its topics in the respective groups.
