Seeing Jesus Clearly

We are a church in Orange County committed to knowing and glorifying God. We preach Christ from Scripture, worship Him according to His Word, and celebrate the Lord’s Supper as a means of grace to nourish His people. We seek to grow together as a community of believers, encouraging one another in faith, prayer, and obedience. Our desire is that everyone who joins us would see Jesus clearly, be strengthened in Him, and live to reflect His glory in daily life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Learn more about us and what you can expect when you visit us!

What kind of preaching will I hear?

Expository preaching from the Bible, usually through books of Scripture, with Christ at the center. Listen here: https://www.provrbc.com/sermons

Are you part of a denomination?

We are an independent, confessional Reformed Baptist church, in fellowship with like-minded churches through the Southern California Association of Reformed Baptist Churches.

What should I wear when I visit Sunday?

Come as you are—we’re glad to have you. Most people dress somewhere between casual and business casual. While a suit and tie aren’t required, we encourage attire that reflects the reverence and joy of gathering to worship the living God.

Do you sing hymns or modern songs?

We sing a mix of traditional and modern hymns that are biblically rich and Christ-centered, accompanied by simple instrumentation.

What do you believe?

We confess the historic Christian faith as summarized in the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith. See more here: https://www.provrbc.com/what-we-believe

Do you have something for kids?

Yes. Children are welcome and encouraged to be part of our life together.

Kids are invited to attend Sunday School at 10:00 am, where they learn the Bible through age-appropriate lessons and activities.

During the worship service, children are welcome to remain in the sanctuary with their families. For younger children who are still learning to sit through the service, a training room is located just behind the sanctuary. It provides a clear view of the service along with audio, allowing parents to participate in worship while helping their child learn to worship with the congregation.

What is your practice regarding the Lord’s Supper?

We celebrate the Lord’s Supper most Sundays as a means of grace given by Christ to His church. We practice “close” communion—welcoming not only our members, but also baptized believers who are under the care of a faithful church. If you’re visiting and desire to partake, we ask that you speak with our pastor beforehand so that together we honor Christ and His church in this sacred meal. You can read more about our practice here.

Reformed. Biblical. Christ-Centered.

We are a church that is deeply rooted in historic, biblical Christianity. In a county shaped by large, entertainment-driven churches, we offer something different—deep theology, reverent worship, and real community. If you’re looking for a church that values the richness of the Reformed tradition while speaking clearly to today’s world, we’d love for you to visit.
