Small Dinner Groups

Small Dinner Groups (SDGs) are monthly gatherings in members’ homes aimed at strengthening fellowship, encouraging hospitality, and building deeper relationships within our church.

How SDGs Works

Who: Anyone in the church: singles, couples, families, members, and attenders. Children are welcome, and families should list the number of kids attending.
Meal: Potluck style. Hosts will contact participants to coordinate what each person brings.
Host capacity: Hosts set their own limit (typically 4–10 people, children included).
Purpose: To share a meal, enjoy fellowship, and discuss conversation questions to help us grow in life together as a church.
Assignments: Groups are intentionally mixed so you connect with different people over time.

How the Monthly Cycle Works

Sign-ups open: The Friday before the last (4th or 5th) Sunday of the preceding month.
Sign-ups close: The 1st Sunday of the new month.
Group assignments: Sent out by Pastor Todd within a day or two after sign-ups close.
Mid-month check-in: The 2nd Sunday serves as a natural time for hosts and participants to confirm details together.
Dinner weekend: Groups meet on the weekend of the 3rd Sunday (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday-hosts choose what day works best).
• Then the cycle repeats each month.

If you have questions about hosting, participating, or the monthly rhythm, please reach out to Pastor Todd.

May the Lord use these dinners to deepen our fellowship and strengthen the unity of our church family.
